2. 17-digit voucher code must be entered during booking (payment details).
If the value of the voucher is higher than the total price of the trip, the applicant will receive a new voucher code with the remaining value as credit. This can be used for further bookings within the validity period
4. the cash payment - also proportionally - is excluded.
5. The creative combination of the Lufthansa Holidays brand logo with other brands, (company) marks, work titles or names, e.g. by printing on the customer's own stationery, requires the written consent of HLX Touristik GmbH.
6. The use of individual design options is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The latter assures that no rights of third parties are infringed by individual design and indemnifies HLX Touristik GmbH against claims of third parties in this respect and expenses associated therewith (e.g. legal costs).
7. HLX Touristik GmbH accepts no liability for the loss or theft of the voucher code. To protect against misuse, we recommend keeping the voucher code inaccessible to third parties, since with the help of the anyone can book with the help of the voucher code. If a voucher code is passed on, there is a risk that the previous owner will also make use of it.
8. the resale of the vouchers over third offerers like e.g. eBay or eBay classified advertisements is not permitted.

Right of withdrawal
If you have concluded the purchase contract for the voucher for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to your commercial nor your independent professional activity, you have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the voucher or has received the voucher code in electronic form.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us a clear statement by letter or email sent by post. Consequences of the revocation
If you have revoked this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notification of revocation of this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.A return of the voucher is not required. We will void the voucher by deleting the assigned code.
