In order to be able to make your travel plans carefree, we offer you new, flexible cancellation options.
*You can cancel ALL trips on Lufthansa Holidays up to 14 days before departure and receive a €50 loyalty bonus for your next trip.
*Cancellation of a booking is subject to a €50 administration fee. Payment for the booking must be made 28 days before the start of the trip. If the booking is then cancelled up to 14 days before departure, we will refund the payment less €50. However, we will give you the fee as a gift in the form of the loyalty bonus for your next booking.
*If a booking is cancelled, a processing fee of 50€ deposit will be charged. Payment for the booking is due 28 days before departure. If the booking is then cancelled up to 14 days before departure, we will refund the payment less 50€.
