Directly at a sandy beach is situated the hotel Algar. The town Silves is around 13 km away (Lagoa around 13 km, Portimao around 18 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 7 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 10 m. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 18 km. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 600 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 12 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 18 km away.

Recently renovated in 2012, the 7-storey beach hotel has 47 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, a lift, air conditioning and a safe (for a fee). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. An Internet access is available for free. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.
