Luggage information for all Laudamotion flights

Since 01 November 2018 new cabin baggage guidelines apply to all Laudamotion flights.

SMALL CABIN BAGS

All passengers may bring on board a small personal piece of luggage that fits under the seat in front of them (40cm x 20cm x 25cm). For example handbags, laptop bags or small backpacks.

10kg CHECK-IN BAG

Passengers who wish to take a second, larger piece of hand luggage (weight 10kg) must purchase this at check-in.

The 10 kg suitcase with wheels must be handed in at the airport baggage claim desk before entering the security check.

Passengers who have not purchased any baggage item with their booking can purchase a 10kg baggage item at the airport baggage claim desk for an increased fee. This piece of baggage will be handed out upon arrival at the baggage carousel. (Please note that if you need to pass through a passport control on arrival, you will need to take your passport with you).

Baggage that is too large, will be rejected at the gate or, if available, carried in the hold for a fee of €/£50 (plus applicable VAT on domestic flights). Please ensure that you take all valuables out of your hand baggage at the gate if it needs to be carried in the hold.

If you are unsure, check at the baggage claim desk before passing through security.

OTHER INFORMATION

Small children (aged from eight days to 23 months) travelling on their parents' lap cannot be checked in. However, adults may carry a baby bag weighing up to 5 kg in addition to their own hand luggage if an infant (aged eight days to 23 months) travels on the lap of an adult.

Passengers who need medical equipment can continue to bring it on board free of charge with the approval of the Special Assistance Team.
